The aim of this project was to return the original appearance to the teaching staff hall of the School of Mining of Madrid, designed by the architect Velázquez Bosco during the last decade of the 19th century. This required the drafting of a project that considered from the recovery of the lamp to the restoration of its mural paintings, including the gypsum of the cornices, the woodwork, the polychrome canvas of the ceiling and the rehabilitation of lost tiles, designed by Zuloaga at the time.
